Dramatic footage filmed from the scene of the crash shows bystanders helping a female victim after she appeared to have been crushed between a blue Range Rover and a black Mercedes. Police believe the driver of the Land Rover purposely crushed the woman in her 40s. A 23-year-old male was arrested at the scene after officers deployed a Taser to help detain him. Deepak Anand, 40, a Canadian tourist visiting the English capital, filmed the scene while travelling on a double-decker bus, describing it as an “Absolutely ridiculous accident,” on Twitter....
